Shelley
Reeger
Benefit Analyst, and Regulatory Compliance Specialist
A California native hailing from Bakersfield, Shelley spent her time living in Southern and Northern California putting herself through college. Prior to working with MCG, Shelley worked for seven years as a pre-school teacher before moving to a career in business. Shelley got her start in business, with sporting goods company Copeland Enterprises, by working at the company headquarters. Her work experience at Copeland’s consisted of starting out as an accounts payable clerk, moving to accounts payable supervisor and being promoted to working with the Director of Operations, overseeing the sales and daily operations of 47 stores.
A military wife, mother of a teenage daughter, and certified family readiness volunteer for the California National Guard, Shelley is also co-founder of a nonprofit organization called "Supplies For Soldiers" that raises money to send monthly "care packages" to 150 local soldiers deployed overseas. Shelley is also a devoted NFL (49ers) and NASCAR (Tony Stewart) fan. Shelley loves spending precious time with her husband and daughter. Their favorite Saturday activity is driving up the coast, visiting the Elephant Seals and eating lunch at their favorite restaurant.

Robin Oswald
Communications Consultant
Robin brings a wide range of communications experience to MCG, having produced technical reports, newsletters, presentations, websites, and other promotional media. She wrote and designed her first newsletter for the high school swim team at the age of 15. Her aptitude for writing led her to a self-designed BA degree in environmental journalism at the College of Wooster (Ohio), where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Rather than pursue news media, however, Robin put her understanding of technical subjects to use. She has a unique understanding of how to communicate complicated subjects effectively, and has assisted clients ranging from non-profit organizations to federal agencies; and from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Formerly from Washington, DC, Robin has lived on the Central Coast since 2003. Prior to joining MCG, she ran her own business as an online triathlon coach and professionally raced triathlons. She enjoys being active as a “weekend warrior” and spending time with her family.
